Fish and Bean is the North West’s newest Seafood destination, with stunning views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and nearby Coney Island. Serving up fresh, locally sourced seafood, from our welcoming restaurant at Sligo Yacht Club in Rosses Point, Co. Sligo.
Where possible our produce is locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable. Our aim is to reduce waste and we endeavour to make our business as environmentally sustainable as possible.
How it all started
Head chef and owner Dave Mullan has a passion for food and cooking. Anyone that knows him will say he’s obsessed! Dave is skilled at combining flavours to bring the best out in the local produce that we source. Creating mouth watering seafood dishes, cooked with love and served up from our restaurant overlooking the sea.
Our Menu is informed by the seasons and the sea. By the local land and our dedicated suppliers. We use only what's fresh and available and combine great produce with our distinctive cooking style.
